Overall, it was great. However, on the first day, we rented a child seat, and the staff member was inexperienced. She told us that the fee would be daily without a cap, which made us worry about the cost over 50 days! We quickly bought one and they delivered it the next day, then told us there was actually a cap. This back and forth cost us time and fuel, and we ended up with an extra child seat...
The staff was 15 minutes late to pick us up, didn't apologize, and only half-lowered the window to talk. She seemed indifferent as if we owed her money. Communication through WeChat was also indifferent, but she was very proactive when it came to charging the card.
