The Chinese language service is nice and very helpful. Changing the drop-off location was also smooth, but there was a charge that wasn't clearly explained over the phone. To expedite the process, I agreed to the charge. One uncomfortable point: I booked a Jeep, but at the counter, they said only Hyundai was available and recommended an upgrade.
