Picked up the car over the weekend, the terminal counter was closed, so I had to complete the procedures in the parking lot. It wasn't hard to find by following the instructions on the counter.
Different from the original model, very disappointing. Originally booked a Hyundai for 8 people, but got a KIA instead. The space feels completely different.
The staff were very professional. In Brisbane, they waited until very late due to a flight delay.
