They immediately tried to sell insurance and push a daily EZpass fee. The car was quite old, and I had to change the car three times before getting the model I reserved. I won't rent from Thrifty or Dollar again.

The service was pretty good, the car pickup was quick. I recommend adding an E-ZPass, it's essential in the East as many places don't accept cash. It's almost impossible to get around without it.

Everything went fine. The car was perfect and the staff was very efficient. The only little problem I experienced was a long waiting time at Boston airport but I was anyway satisfied
