Thrift's service is beyond words. They asked me to cancel the contract just because my credit card doesn't have a chip! They recently changed all their card machines and now only accept chipped credit cards. Debit cards with chips don't work, and they don't accept cash. So, I had no choice but to cancel the order and all of Thrift's services. I'll be sure to exclude them from all my future rentals!

Unjustified charges

Everything went fine. The car was perfect and the staff was very efficient. The only little problem I experienced was a long waiting time at Boston airport but I was anyway satisfied

I found the best rate and I was also positively surprised by the fact that I didn't had to pay anything in advance

Assistant told us we did not have a zero excess when on later checking we did. Charged us extra which was later refunded by the excellent staff at the returns area
