When returning the car, their designated parking spots were full. I sent messages and made phone calls, but no one replied. Feeling helpless, I had to park on the upper level. Then, I walked to their office at the airport, but there was no one there either, so I had to leave the car key in their drop-off box. Three hours later, they sent a message asking why I parked on the second floor, claiming that parking there incurs extra charges and they would deduct the fee from me. I was extremely upset because no one responded when I tried to reach them, and there was no staff at the reception. If they had addressed the issue earlier, the parking fee could have been avoided.
Before renting, I repeatedly asked whether I could return the car at T1, but never got a direct answer. When returning the car, I realized I had left my phone behind and asked the staff for help, but they were uncooperative and had a cold attitude, which made me suspicious. I won't choose Europcar in Malaysia again.
