There was no queue when picking up the car in Florence. However, despite QEEQ clearly stating that the price was 122 euros, the final amount was higher due to confusion over the charges. After discussing it for a while, they eventually gave an 85% discount to match the 122 euros as promised. In the end, the actual payment matched the contractual amount.
