This is my second time renting from this company. The first time was in Toronto, where they had a service counter at the airport, making both pickup and drop-off very easy.
This time, I upgraded the vehicle at the counter to an SUV, which came with a very useful GPS.
Overall satisfactory, but it seems the insurance bought domestically is not recognized abroad. In case of an accident, you have to contact the domestic platform to resolve it.
Very convenient, but we had to wait a long time to get the car. People who arrived later than us got their cars first. We were constantly asked to wait with no explanation.
During return, the inspector found a small mark on the window that we hadn't noticed and weren't sure if it happened during the rental period. They demanded $230 without providing any price standard.
