Overall, it was pretty good. However, when picking up the car, they recommended a device similar to ETC and a service where you don't have to return the car with a full tank. For the convenience of paying tolls and not having to refuel, I accepted the offer and paid $107.
The Dollar desk was a little tricky - the old insurance sale scam - other than that it was seamless and the car was great.
