No Chinese service, charged me 3000 THB for a 40-liter tank. The fuel price in Thailand is 30.43 THB per liter, extremely overpriced.

The staff was arrogant and there was no Chinese service. They had a bad attitude when asking for compensation for a tire issue. The car type was changed without prior notice. Reminder: take photos and videos when picking up the car to check everything clearly.

“I would better prefer other car service next time”
About Thai Rent A Car: 6.3 /10
Car booked was very old. I was expecting new car however 10 year old car which was driven more than 90k km was given. Car didn’t have auto lock or mobile charging or navigation facilities. At the time of arrival there was no body present at the counter. A boy came 15 minutes later who did not speak English & was bit rude.
