Superb! We rented a Volkswagen Golf, and they upgraded us to a Passat TSI for free! Very satisfied! We bought the super insurance on QEEQ, so we didn't need to purchase additional insurance when picking up the car, and the staff didn't pressure us. We provided a translated driver's license from an online shop, and it worked perfectly. This is the second time within six months that we've rented from Europcar, and it has been great.

We were given an upgrade on the pick up than the car we selected, so we were really happy. The car was really clean n comfortable.

Overall good. We have been charged for extra 4l of gas at the end (though we refilled to full 3kms from the airport). Time at the counter was longer than necessary (comparing to other renters, which seem more efficient).

Staff was professional and car pickup process was quick and easy. Car condition was excellent.
