It was not immediately known that the pickup counter was away from the other airport car pickups which elongated our pickup experience. It was also not known that a 3rd party insurance would be required and costing us more money.

“easy process”

it is off site to the usual rental area but they are great and send a shuttle to collect you and drop you off at the airport. otherwise easy to deal with

good to deal with - only issue is clarity in booking. please make it clear what insurance is required so that it can clearly be purchased with the booking. please also include the tolls option so people are aware

The counter staff are very friendly and helpful. The transactions went quick and smoothly. Shuttle van bring us to the location which is nice because outside the craziness of the ORD airport.

“Excellent price but service at the counter was very poor in checking out and in returning the vehic”

Routes did not have the vehicle I ordered. I was forced to take a smaller vehicle than my needs required. I got a very inexperienced counter person who was receiving no help from the other staff. It took a lot longer than It should have. Parking lot was very packed with cars. No room in the lot.

The Durango is awesome, the specs seems like driving a high end cars...the gas was expensive but it is a SUV so... it would be nice if there's a dropoff at Midway airport... so pretty much it's worth the money...
