The first car had low tire pressure, so they immediately upgraded us to a Mitsubishi Outlander. The car was really new and the driving experience was great.

The store provided us with a Hyundai Tucson and sent photos of the car's exterior for confirmation. However, there was a small crack in the front windshield that wasn't visible in the provided pictures—we noticed it during our own inspection. We confirmed it with the staff when returning the car. Make sure to take plenty of photos when picking up the vehicle for record-keeping.

The car is very new and in excellent condition!

To avoid disputes, we bought full insurance. We were careful drivers and had no issues, so we didn’t interact much with the rental company. On the pick-up day, we signed a contract, and they held a deposit of around 61 NZD, which was refunded about three to four days after returning the car. It was rather smooth, and I think the full insurance played a big role.
