รถสภาพดี แต่มีรอยขูดด้านข้างซ้ายนิดหน่อย แต่ไม่มีปัญหาต่อการขับขี่ พนักงานหน้าเคาท์เตอร์ บริการดีมาก สุภาพ รวดเร็ว พนักงานที่รับโทรศัพท์ ให้คำแนะนำและช่วยเหลือลูกค้าดีมาก โทรไปหา Thai Rent A car ตอนประมาณ 09.30 - 10.00 น. เพื่อตรวจสอบข้อมูลการจอง เพราะยังไม่ได้เมลล์ยืนยันข้อมูลการจอง และยังไม่มีข้อมูลในระบบ ทั้งที่ข้อมูลการจองนัดรับรถ 12.00 น. ซึ่งตอนแรกร้อนใจมาก แต่พนักงานได้ช่วยเหลือโดยให้แอดไลน์ส่งข้อมูลการจองทางไลน์ จนสามารถได้รับเมลล์ยืนยันการจองได้ตอนหลัง 10.30 น.

เป็นการจองที่รวดเร็ว แต่ได้รับการยืนยันช้า จองตั้งแต่ 22.30 น. ของวันที่ 1 ก.ย. แจ้งเวลารับรถ 12.00 น. ของวันที่ 2 ก.ย. แต่ไม่ได้รับอีเมลล์ยืนยันการจอง ตอน 10.00 น.ของวันที่ 2 ก.ย. โทรไปติดตามอีเมลล์ยืนยันการจอง ก็ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ภาษาไทยที่คอยให้คำแนะนำหรือช่วยเหลือเลยค่ะ

This rental company is cheap because they impose various fines on you. It's better to rent from the nearby small car rental; their prices are reasonable, and their service is much better. They are patient and help you with any issues. I've rented here many times and finally got scammed. Be careful, everyone.

Very cheap and valuable for rental It’s very good for 4 hours late for return the car , that made my trip completely in the plan.

The car was good. Spacious and in good decent condition. Pick up was fast and returning was equally efficient as well. Been a regular customer of Thai Rent A Car, and they never let me down.

drop off area are not in easy area to get public transport to hotel.. i booked car before booking hotel in bangkok town. purpose going to hua hin from dmk airport. when pick up.. asked staf at counter to change drop off somewhere near mbk.. they dont know. when return car.. hard to find taxi to mbk... car everything tip top. tq
