The counter staff were impatient. They tried to upsell insurance but stopped after being told it wasn’t needed. The car was upgraded for free, and aside from the unclean interior, everything else was fine.
The service was good, there are many counters at the airport so picking up the car was quite fast. However, the car I got was not cleaned after the previous renter returned it.
Overall good and smooth. However, the queue for Avis pick-up was very long. Be prepared for a wait. It took almost an hour during the day. Compared to other rental companies nearby, there was hardly any queue. Probably due to the good prices and high demand.
Pretty good. The Durango is relatively new, having only run about 4000 kilometers. It's likely mostly rented by tourists going to the national park.
