The service was very poor. They intentionally required the car to be as clean at return as it was at pickup, and demanded a cleaning fee. I will never use this lousy rental company again.

The staff tried to upsell other models and added extra insurance without informing us. The tablet screen was very small, making it difficult to understand the specialized terms in the English contract. The staff did not inform us of the additional insurance costs and kept urging us to sign. This resulted in us being overcharged more than 600 dollars for insurance. Fellow countrymen, be extra careful ⚠️
