No upselling. If you declare you don't want insurance, they cancel it accordingly.

The car was in good condition, and during pickup, there were 7-8 cars to choose from. The downside is that the ETC is fixed at 9 USD per day.

The service process was very organized. There was hardly any queue. The rental company recommended the EZPass in-state toll package, but it turned out to be unnecessary. We didn't travel that much, and part of it was out-of-state tolls not covered by the package. If you don't choose this package, you might actually spend less.
