Very satisfied. We had a small issue and they resolved it efficiently.

I repeatedly emphasized that I didn't want any additional services, but they still charged nearly 300 USD when I returned the car, saying it was for roadside assistance and an extra tank of gas. I'm certain I didn't request those services, and I even asked during the rental process if there would be any additional fees besides the upgrade fee and was told NO. However, they charged me upon return, and there was no one to reason with. I'm puzzled as to why these charges weren't deducted when I picked up the car but only when I returned it. It's clear they are taking advantage of the fact that you might not read the contract carefully, which is very frustrating.

Overall collection service very poor. Wait at airport for transport = 15 minutes. Wait at counter for car = 60 minutes. Car allocated had only small amount of gas - wait to exit LAX rental area = 30 minutes. Overall over 2 hours to collect car

It was the best rental ever, at de desk with help of insurance, the was perfect and de dropoff was smooth

Just perfect

The car was excellent and met my needs and expectations. It was superb. However the taxes and extra costs for top insutance were not included in the initial price which was disappointing and unexpected. In UK such costs are included in initial booking.

Great service but please include all costs at the beginning and avoid surprises in the office at pick up - taxes, top insurance and etc
