Not bad.

Like: Close to airport and easy shuttle service
Dislike: Would have liked someone to walked around the car to assure that it was ok at end of rental.

Took three attempts to find me a car. That's three times I was sent to walk to the parking lot (in the freezing cold night) and back to the office. Took nearly an hour to get the car. Gas tank not full, 5 miles after leaving the parking lot the needle moved off full, so probably a gallon

Like: every aspect of the rental process
Dislike: nothing

Good

The van wasn't available at the original pick up location. They ordered a Lyft for me and sent me to another location across the city that had a van. This delayed my trip by about an hour, but worked out ok. At the second location, I kept being told that I could not get the price of my Easyrentcar voucher, but I continued to say that I would not pay anything but the voucher price and eventually I was given it.

I was not given the contracted price at Hertz initially. I had a copy of my agreement. I kept being told, "I can not give you this price", but then they made good on it.

Fantastic. Went to pickup and able to quickly grab car and was able to choose a vehicle of my choice. Had a Chevrolet Malibu which I was very impressed with. Great easy car to drive being by myself. Great experience that didn’t have any surprises.

Since it was a holiday on the day of drop off, I wasn’my able to get my final billing. Also, Otherwise, everything went wel.

Like: Fast, great service
Dislike: No attendant in parking lot to check car out or in. Mileage was wrong on contract so had to spend time taking photos and call in to the 1-800 # to make sure everything would be ok.

Had a great experience with Hertz from start to finish. Both the initial pickup and a later car swap went really smoothly. What really stood out was their dedicated pickup area organized by the level of car you booked. There were lots of cars parked in that section and you could just walk around and pick the one you liked, instead of being assigned a random car and having to go back and change it if it didn’t suit you. This setup makes it so much easier to choose a model you’re comfortable with—really liked that.

Like: Vehicle was 2018 Mitsubishi SUV. Only 3000+miles, clean, inside and out. Staff was efficient and immediately exchanged to different vehicle when first car was found to have problem with key fob. Second time with Advantage; best price with great vehicles. Will be back
Dislike: check vehicles for any problem before giving to client to save time and reassignment. I was ok with it but others may be upset.

Everything was perfect.
