I have used Thai Rent a Car many times, booking through different platforms. Each time, they didn't inspect the car during pick-up or return, just checked the fuel gauge.

The car I received was very old, covered in scratches and with a total mileage of 139,000 kilometers. I asked the rental company to change the car, but they refused. I reluctantly drove it on the road; fortunately, during the 4 days of rental, the car didn't break down, although the power was somewhat insufficient. The air conditioning worked well though. Overall, the service was mediocre. I suggest not using cars with a mileage of 140,000 kilometers for rental services anymore.

They charge an extra 500 yuan after 10 PM, so I picked up the car the next day as I was staying near the airport.

we rented 2 cars, both at brand new conditions, only travelled for 1500km. no hassle at all, staff is waiting for you at the returning spot, no waiting needed

Body scratches and misaligned bumper are not fixed at all from previous incidents.
