Great service from the staff

Pick up location was confirmed the day before but was changed 15mins before time. We had to divert our taxi, it was complicated as we did not know the area. The car was very scratched and appeared very old with 156,000 kms on the clock. It was heavy to drive and consumed far too much petrol for the kms we did. It sounded like the exhaust was needing a repair and the indicators for change of direction did not work properly all the time.

All was good throughout with QEEQ

The staff is attentive. However I booked for Bezza but given Saga. I have paid higher rate for Bezza actually. But being told that they gave the same range vehicle. It doesn't make sense to me after second thought.

The apps is not so user friendly, unable to reach customer service chat.

Very happy with the service provided. The person at the counter, Mr Michael, gives very good service throughout, from collecting to delivery of the car. He is very patient to give us all the necessary details of the car and how to get out and into the Airport again. We like dealing with this fine gentleman. Thank you very much, you make our stay so enjoyable.
