We had already paid the rental fee and full insurance in advance. At pickup, one attendant asked us to pay a 730-euro deposit with a credit card or give him 30 euros in cash. Another attendant came and demanded an additional 45 euros for windshield insurance before giving us the car. We offered 30 euros, but the original attendant denied asking for money. We were forced to buy the 45-euro windshield insurance. When we asked to cancel the reservation, they said no refunds. This way, we ended up paying more and the rental cost increased by 70%. Surprisingly, the same credit card went through immediately for the 45-euro charge, showing the issue with the deposit was fake.

Despite purchasing the full insurance, they unfairly charged me for damage after an accident. It's been two months since I rented the car in June and I haven't received any insurance compensation. Customer service has been unable to resolve the issue.
