First, I reserved three days through the app paying 500 yuan. Upon arrival at the store, I upgraded to full insurance which cost almost 100 yuan per day, totaling 300 yuan. Additionally, since the person paying and the driver were not the same, there was an extra handling fee of 120 yuan. The overall cost was 920 yuan for 3 days, averaging 307 yuan per day. Then I asked customer service and they said the upgrade could not waive the basic insurance. Yes, I am that fool. I won't rent from here again; it's too expensive. It's much cheaper to rent directly from the corresponding rental company.
There is only one counter at international building in Phuket airport. But I’ve landed at domestic so I need to walk across the building when pick-up and drop-off which is not convenient with the luggage.
