The pickup process was very slow, I waited in line for two hours, and it took them 35 minutes to serve each person. Despite confirming that I did not need any insurance services at the time of pickup, as all insurance and services were covered in the rental contract, I was inexplicably charged $183.94 when returning the car. This fee almost matched my entire rental cost, which left me speechless.

Whenever I rent a premium model, it's not available. They give a Volvo instead of a Lincoln, a newer model instead of an X5.
