La chica que nos atendio para recoger y entregar el coche fue la misma y la verdad fue extremadamente amable, incluso apoyandonos a llegar a la estación camionera.
Mi unica observación sería con el número en donde se reportan los siniestros (se nos poncho una llanta), ya que creo que tienen alguna falla con su conmutador ya que a la persona que me atendio le entro mi llamada mientras estaba el ya en una llamada.
The staff at the rental office was excellent, noting all the issues with the vehicle. When I rented the car, the fuel tank wasn't full. I wonder if I will get a refund for the fuel I left when I return the car with a full tank?

Someone reversed into me, and the dent/scrape across two doors only ended up costing £40 to repair (which I claimed back on Amex ins.) but Hertz took 2 months to provide the damage invoice, so if I hadn't been able to stop back at the airport office again a couple of weeks after returning the car, it might have been too late to claim.

Got to Hertz showed them my prepaid voucher and was told that they did not have my car rental. Was overcharged. Hertz ended up refunding me for upgrade. However, I was still charged for taxes which was all included via my voucher. Terrible business.
