Very satisfied. The customer service was very professional and proactively reminded me of some traffic rules. The car was great, cost-effective, and fuel-efficient.
The car model was too old. On the first day, they gave me a small car that was not the model I had booked. They told me to come the next day to exchange it and even asked if I had refueled it, which was quite annoying. The service was just mediocre; customer service would respond when it came to regular procedures and charges, but when I needed to exchange the car or ask about the car's features like Bluetooth, they ignored my WeChat messages and didn't answer calls. If there are other options, avoid choosing Yes Rental if possible.
