I am still waiting on my bond to be refunded it has now been 4 business days and nothing has come through. I had a great experience with staff and picking up the car and dropping off but now that I am chasing my bond refund no one seems to be responding to my emails or getting back to me which is really disappointing

The exact time frame is dependent on the car supplier and your bank. Normally, there are no notifications for the release of pre-authorization. The car has already run over 110,000 kilometers. The key issue is that at a speed of 85 km/h, the car becomes unstable. Initially thought of changing it in Taupo, but it turns out the only location is in Auckland! Wasted phone expenses, and the person who answered said yes, the car shakes above 85 km/h. They knowingly rented out a car in bad condition! I was dissatisfied throughout the journey.
Terrible experience. The car we booked was unavailable, and they gave us a very old 7-seater instead with no compensation for the price difference. They had arranged to pick up the car at 9 AM from our hotel. I even called to remind them, but they didn't arrive until 10:30, nearly causing us to miss our flight.
Like: Pick up and drop off was efficient. Car was small (as requested) and efficient (giving the extra spurt when needed).
