I booked toyota camry (group D) car at 3 pm
I went on time of collection, didn’t find the car i booked or similar in same class
They gave me small suv car claiming that this is upgrade as my car or similar class not available
I refused to take small suv and asked for a sedan, when they said this only available otherwise you can cancel the booking.
I had a business trip and the car was highly needed, so i was forced to accept it

Overall satisfied, but the post-return inspection was a bit too strict. They found a small dent caused by a stone and required me to pay for repairs. It's really frustrating.

I did have some issues during the pick up about location of the Budget counter about which the QEEQ staff were very knowledgeable and also very helpful in resolving the situation immediately during all my correspondences with them - and also followed up with me timely on the status.
