I didn't get the car because the staff was terrible and tried to push several fees to me. Could not use my personal insurance and did not have the car that I booked so I declined and took it from other company

They were very efficient with the check in process, and provided me with all the necessary rental information I needed to complete my rental process. Avoid this business! The car was in terrible condition (damaged, things loose and rattling) and very dirty - I couldn't believe they rented it to us. They tried to charge a $250 deposit to my credit card that would be refunded up to 10 DAYS after I returned the vehicle. I told them no - that was not disclosed to me when I made the reservation. So they said they would wave the deposit for a $53 non-refundable charge. They get you either way. They also make it look like you are covered insurance-wise, but beware - if you are a US citizen, you MUST give them your car insurance policy number - I had to call my company to get that and that took awhile. They try to nickel-and-dime customers, and even try to short folks on how much gas in the tank when you pick it up. AND - this is NOT at the airport. The booking site makes it look like it is. You have to wait for a shuttle to take you to their tiny (and not-very professional-looking) office.
