Compramos seguro y aún así nos cobraron seguro en las oficinas de Alamo, así que deberían devolver la compra que realizamos a través de Qeeq, no se utilizó pues nos dijeron que solo funcionaba a través de reembolso.

In la paz airport thereis no Alamo office outside the airport and I was given no instructions on how to return the vehicle. I had to ask the guys at Avis who told me to park at the car park and go to the office inside the terminal. I did this, and the lady at the Alamo office inside the terminal told me that I had to pay for the parking...
La persona que estaba en el aeropuerto al comentarle de la reserva nos comentó que no había autos disponibles que solicitáramos un reembolso y rentáramos en otro lado, al molestarme y exigirle el auto o que me comunicara con su supervisor fue cuando ya nos dijo que si estaba el auto por lo que me pareció muy mal de su parte, otra persona si no hubiera presionado se hubiera quedado sin auto.
Al segundo dia la beatería del auto se descompuso por lo que una persona de ALAMO tuvo que ir a cambiarnos la batería a donde estábamos, de ahi en mas todo bien.

Excelente costo, fue el mejor que encontré en la red y muy fácil de utilizar.
First car they gave me was a repaired one, all seats were dirty and smelled very very bad, kind of wet. Alamo's counter desk guy told me that the car is what I paid for and if I wanted something better the cost would go double; after one day of use I asked them to change the car (I rented because I needed to transport my new born baby from hospital to my mother in law's house) . They did change it three days after and all seats were dirty too smelled like wet too, the air conditioner was better but not good enough. Honestly, I am completely not happy. I was expecting a clean, very good condition, secure and fully functional car and did not happen with the two cars they gave me. Thanks
