The neighboring Dollar counter had a long queue, while Thrifty had no line at all. They are the same company, and the price for convertibles is the same. We booked a Mustang but were given the latest model Camaro instead. The navigation system inside was Hertz's, which this company might not have, so they probably borrowed it from someone else. It was quite bothersome to fit large luggage in a convertible. For the two of us, we ended up placing three bags on the second row and closing the roof, then fitting another one in the trunk.
