The rental system is very rigid and has many pitfalls. No matter when you pick up or return the car, if it's less than a full day, make sure to select 00:00 for pickup and 23:00 for return. Even though I paid for a whole day for just over 7 hours, they still charged me an extra hour. Overall, I ended up paying for 2 days for those 7 hours. The platform's customer service insisted their system is fine, stating that if you return the car early, you won't get any money back, but if you're an hour late, they'll charge you for a whole day. So, be mindful to add a few extra hours when selecting your return time, as you'll be paying for that time anyway.

The car is ok. But very disappointed to pay additional 1000 baht for repairing a tyre. When returning the car, the staff found a nail on the inner part of one of the tire. The place normally will not be notice / checked when collecting car. So, I didn't know whether the nail was already there when I collect the car or it is due to my driving. When returning the car, the tire looks perfectly fine, no leaking of air, and I had no problem of driving whole day back to the return. And we have be there talking to the staff, her leader for almost an hour, and the tire had no sign of leaking air at all. So I really doubt if the nail was already there when collecting the car.

They have provide for the accessories for charging your phone and there is umbrella provided in the car as well. However the car condition is bad. The rim on the left side of the tyre is lost and the wind screen sun protector is tore. There were a lot of scratches on the car. But the air con is cold enough for the hot weather
