There was a Canadian guy in front of me who really tested the patience of the staff but they handled him well. His idiotic questions were the cause of my delay picking up the car.
Terrible experience by them. Car was other end of lot at 6am in the morning and minus 5 degrees. Had to scrape ice off by hand. No where to examine the car. Tolls not disclosed so ended up with a fine. Staff were too busy drinking coffee in the back and talking. Bird poo all over car when it did defrost. No antenna so could not use radio.

No it was a Qashqui not a Tuscon and wouldn't fit 5 passengers. The staff said we need to take out extra insurance but I said we had done it with you and we were told it wasn't good enough although it was the same. We also had to use a credit card for £2000 excess incase of an accident but were told had we gone direct we wouldn't need to.
