An older Chinese guy at the counter first tried to persuade me to buy full insurance. After I refused, he insisted that I must buy an insurance, saying it was a must. I didn't think it through and agreed after calling the rental company to inquire, paying an additional $111.92 for the insurance. Two days later, I looked at the receipt and realized that the insurance was only potential insurance. Looking back at the email from the rental company, I felt deceived. I will never choose Dollar again!
the staff at pick up were wonderful to deal with early hours of the morning it was a pleasure after a long flight friendly and helpful staff made it an enjoyable trip thanks very much to the girls at the Dollar counter
