Rental Car Pick Up from Terminal 1 Arriving car rental customers will be transported to their vehicles by dedicated blue-and-white McCarran Rent-A-Car Center shuttles for the three-mile trip to the Center and the car rental company of your choice. From Baggage Claim, follow signs to Ground Transportation on Level 1. Proceed to the Rental Car Shuttle located at the center median outside doors 10 and 11. Rental Car Pick up from Terminal 3 Blue and white McCarran Rent-A-Car Center shuttle buses depart approximately every five minutes for the three-mile trip to the Center and the car rental company of your choice. Follow signs to Ground Transportation from Baggage Claim on Level Zero. Proceed to the Rental Car Shuttle located outside West doors 51-54 and East doors 55-58.

After returning your vehicle, proceed through the lobby and out the main entrance to the shuttles. Blue and white McCarran Rent-A-Car Center shuttle buses depart to the airport approximately every five minutes. Board the appropriate shuttle to Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 for your departing flight.

Computers were a problem on the day and my order had to be processed manually which the staff did well but I still had to wait an unacceptable time in collecting and returning the car. An older Chinese guy at the counter first tried to persuade me to buy full insurance. After I refused, he insisted that I must buy an insurance, saying it was a must. I didn't think it through and agreed after calling the rental company to inquire, paying an additional $111.92 for the insurance. Two days later, I looked at the receipt and realized that the insurance was only potential insurance. Looking back at the email from the rental company, I felt deceived. I will never choose Dollar again!

When I arrived at the store, they used various reasons to tell me that the car model I reserved was not available, and I had to upgrade. Originally, it should have cost $500, but it ended up being $800. They said if I didn't upgrade, I would have to wait for 3 hours. Dollar company is really a rip-off. Initially, they said it was $1000. When I said that was too high and I could wait, they changed it to $800. There are too many hidden fees.
