Yes staff was helpful. Just that the language barrier could be an issue. Also the staff didnt advice me on the nearest petrol station to the airport to refuel the gas. I had to figure that information myself

Yes acceptable thanks. But to hold the car rental deposit and not to reverse the amount upon returning of the car can be worrisome. Now after 3 days i still not certain if the deposit will be transfered and reversed back accordingly

Excellent, the car only had 18,000 kilometers, it was in good condition and clean. The pick-up process was really quick, and so was the return. Only needed about 10 minutes.
