Lovely team. I forgot not to lock the car with the key but to use the remote- and ended up with the burglar alarm going off!!! but the team replied to my phone call immediately and solved the problem. All very good! I really liked the phone holder and multiple cables provided to allow me to use my cellphone for google maps. I thought the steering wheel lock was a bit over the top- maybe good for Shanhai but not really needed in Central Otago!

Yet, they require renters to ensure the car is clean upon return and warn that a cleaning fee might be charged. The platform indicates that Zhima Credit can be used as a guarantee, but the car dealer still forces customers to provide a photo of their credit card. If the rental time is in the evening, they charge a late service fee of 50 NZD.
I love that I received the car I booked and it wasn't a "similar vehicle". Big ups for that!
