車を借りるところまでは最高だが、トラブルの対応は最悪だった。

Qeeqさんで予約した車のクラス以下の車を配車されてしまった。また借りる際、カウンターのスタッフさんからは車種のアップグレードを有料でオファーもあり、カウンターのスタッフさんの認識不足なのか、分かりませんが、代理店さんで予約した商品とは異なるグレードをレンタルしたことは残念でした。

左記の不具合がありましたが、御社のスタッフさんのチャットでの相談で、最終的には差額を返金されることになりましたが、すこし窮屈なドライブになりました。 今回、Qeeqさんのチャットでのサポート、フォローアップは客目線での対応で感動させられました。次回も利用させて頂こうと思います。

Overall not bad, but picking up the car at the store was a bit of a hassle. Additionally, the vehicle's features, condition, and cleanliness were not as good as on the Big Island. Although they washed the exterior of the car, the inside had a layer of volcanic ash on the dashboard, and the steering wheel felt grimy. There were even cockroaches; my friend felt something crawling on his leg while driving, and we eventually saw it crawling into the center console.

The service was good and the paperwork was done quickly. The downside was that they pushed to sell insurance and a full tank of fuel.

They forced me to purchase road assistance, and I requested a refund.

Fix the GPS, refund for its use would be appreciated
