The pickup and dropoff efficiency of Europcar is great. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade from a Benz B to a Tiguan.

There were not many people in line, but it was still really slow, and they kept trying to upsell more expensive cars and insurance. When they realized I wasn't interested, they stopped explaining the important details. They only answered questions when asked and not very clearly.
