The staff at the counter was very patient. Knowing that we had a large group and lots of luggage, they proactively upgraded us to a larger vehicle. Very satisfied, nice!
A few hours after picking up the car, I noticed the windshield washer wasn't working. I returned to the rental location and got a replacement vehicle. The customer service was quick. The second car wasn't filled up completely, but the staff noted it in the system, allowing for a return with an empty tank. The return process was smooth.
Excellent service, highly recommended by friends. The only downside is that although I purchased third-party roadside assistance online, it couldn't be reflected during on-site processing, so I had to buy additional insurance.
