The staff at the counter was very patient. Knowing that we had a large group and lots of luggage, they proactively upgraded us to a larger vehicle. Very satisfied, nice!
The car pickup service was okay. When there was no suitable car at the pickup point, they upgraded me. However, later the tire had a leak. I called for roadside assistance and was told they would arrive within 90 minutes. Two sets of 90 minutes passed and they still hadn't arrived. When I called again, they told me they couldn't come and that I had to find a solution myself. Stuck in the middle of nowhere with no other options, I called the police. The police were responsible and helped me replace the tire with a spare. In the end, I found a tire shop myself to fix the tire. Basically, it was like, 'We can't help you, find a solution yourself.'
Like: Picked up a nice new vehicle for our family road trip. A completely hassle free experience. Dislike: We had to return the vehicle
