I think they perform damage assessments on almost all cars that have full insurance coverage! Our car had no scratches the entire trip, but they insisted there was paint damage that needed assessment! I think this might be related to us having bought the super full insurance! I hope the car rental company investigates this thoroughly!
The pick-up and drop-off services were good. However, they didn't explain how to use the snow chains. When I asked the staff member, he just said to ask someone on the road.
I didn't get the car that I booked. I booked Toyota corolla and they gave Nissan Tiida.
