The rental process was very simple with no hidden tricks. Just bring all the required documents and go to the counter to present them and pay the deposit as instructed to pick up the car.
Very friendly attitude, high efficiency, short waiting time. The reserved car model wasn't available, so they replaced it with a Toyota Camry, which was in great condition.
