There is no counter at T2, it was a bit hard to find the parking lot in Kuala Lumpur as it was my first time there and no one answered the phone. Eventually, I contacted the rental company for assistance.
The car was as expected but a little out dated with no handphone GPS interface.
I had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to attend to me at the counter when I arrived to pick up the car.
