Overall, the process of picking up and returning the car went smoothly, but it felt like the tank wasn't completely full at pickup. The car was switched to a different model last minute. Although they offered the option to switch to a larger car, I still prefer getting the model I originally reserved.
The reserved car model couldn't be obtained; instead, we got a Peugeot SUV. The staff member didn't provide any explanation and simply handed over the keys. There was a strong perfume smell in the car.
The Asian guy was amazing, explained everything in detail, and there was no upselling throughout.
