The service was excellent, convenient, and efficient. The procedures were simple. When returning the car during heavy rain, the Icelandic staff kindly drove me back to the airport. It would have taken 10 minutes to walk, and getting soaked in the rain wouldn't have been pleasant.
There was no upselling throughout the process, and the paperwork was completed very quickly.
