I originally booked a manual transmission car, but was upgraded to an automatic at pickup. The car was in great condition, a new car with only 20,000 kilometers, and even had adaptive cruise control.
The car had a system issue, and I couldn't reach the nearby Enterprise branches by phone. I tried calling 4-5 branches over two days but couldn't get through. The service from the rental platform was excellent and they persistently tried to help me contact them, but it was still very difficult. In the end, I drove to a larger branch and exchanged the car.
Pretty good. Bought full insurance at the store, which gives peace of mind. Originally rented a Peugeot 208, but actually received a BMW 4 Series. The driving experience was great.
I waited for two and a half hours and couldn't pick up the car. In the end, I had to cancel the rental, but they still charged me for a day's rental. Their attitude was very poor.
