The reasons given were: switching to an automatic transmission, cross-border fees, and highway service fees. Additionally, the car's performance on highways was relatively weak, with a noisy engine and slow acceleration. The car was relatively new, having been driven 15,000 kilometers at the time of pickup. It was previously mentioned that the car would be a Corolla Touring, but the actual car provided was a Suzuki Swace (though it is said these two models are almost identical).
Arrived at 7:00 AM on Sunday, and the owner was busy on the phone. Turns out there were other people from the same flight also renting from them. Waited for half an hour to get picked up, but the attitude was very good. The car rental process explanation and reminders were thorough, and there was no upselling. The entire process was completed in just a few minutes. Returning the car was also smooth, returning directly to the airport.
