When booking through Zuzuche, I purchased full insurance from the car rental company, but at the time of pickup, the rental company claimed there was no insurance and asked us to cancel it and repurchase their own insurance. After confirming for a while, we found that the printed paperwork actually included full coverage collision and theft insurance with zero deductible. It seems the rental company just wanted us to buy extra insurance, which made the experience quite unpleasant. In the end, we didn't buy additional insurance, but they added a 5-euro daily roadside assistance fee. Since the car pickup process had already delayed us for two to three hours, we didn't press the issue further. 2. I reserved the CLA 200 category, but the vehicle received was a CLA 180. This was understandable as they belong to the same category. 3. If crossing borders, you need to pay an additional 2.5 euros per day at the time of pickup. 4. Before returning the car, I deliberately refueled it, but they still deducted over 30 euros for refueling and service fees from the pre-authorized payment. This was a poor experience, and I haven't been able to get the money back yet.
The quality is acceptable, but their charges are very hidden. We rented a car without any collisions, yet they used a flashlight to inspect and claimed there was a white mark less than 1mm on the glass, demanding us to pay 650 euros. It's ridiculous.
Very satisfied with the service; the staff had a great attitude, the car was in excellent condition, and it was a brand-new vehicle with only 11 kilometers on it.
