The service attitude was great, no upselling, and the location was easy to find. Returning the car was also smooth. The car was excellent—almost brand new with only 3,200 kilometers on it. A deposit of over 3,000 ZAR was held when I picked up the car; I hope it will be refunded without issues. However, there was one problem: I had booked an automatic car but was given a manual one. At first, I didn’t notice and spent some time trying to figure it out. Only after realizing something was wrong did I return to the office to ask, and they replaced it for me. This kind of issue had never happened to me before.
The first car that I was given had a couple of stain marks on the body of the car, so they changed it immediately which took about ten minutes. Excellent customer service. I will definitely hire a vehicle from Easyrentcars again. Thank you for the your survice.
