Overall, it was quite good, but when traveling to Oman for border crossing procedures, we had to return to the airport, which temporarily altered our plans for the day. It took at least an hour and a half to obtain the NOC certificate, forcing us to pay an additional parking fee of 40 dirhams, which was indeed puzzling.
There was only one staff member at the pick-up location, resulting in a wait of over an hour, which was frustrating. Although it only took about 10 minutes to get the car and leave, the total waiting time was quite long. I waited 40 minutes at the store and another hour at the parking lot. The staff's attitude was acceptable, and communication was done using the iFly translation app due to the language barrier. Both picking up and returning the car went smoothly without any unexpected issues or additional costs.
The car pickup location is not within the airport but in a desolate parking lot outside. There were hidden charges when returning the deposit, including a 50 Dirham airport parking fee, which was only refunded after I filed a complaint.
