Very satisfied, the car rental store is easy to locate, and picking up the car is convenient. The pick-up point is also easy to find. The flight arrived early, and the car model was upgraded.

I got a new model two-door Peugeot 308, and the vehicle was in excellent condition. Both pickup and drop-off processes were very straightforward, and most importantly, this car is fuel-efficient. I drove a total of 1600 kilometers and only refueled three times with E10, which cost me only 130 euros in total. Additionally, even though I crossed borders to the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Germany, Europcar did not charge me any cross-border fees, which is much more considerate compared to OK Mobility when I rented a car in Frankfurt, Germany. Overall, I will definitely choose Europcar through QEEQ again next time.

Because the Golf model I reserved was unavailable, they upgraded me to a Golf 7. No need to queue.

Atención rápida en Inglés. Lo único malo fue que esperabamos exactamente el mismo carro que habiamos alquilado pero vino otro de la misma categoría aún no que considere inferior.
